Dr. Robertson started her career as the Executive Director of CONTACT Peninsula, Inc. a twenty-four hour crisis intervention hotline and the designated sexual assault center for the Peninsula. She served in that capacity for nearly twenty years, and in addition also started her own private practice.

She has been serving the community for over thirty years as a psychotherapist. She received her doctorate degree in Counseling Psychology from the College of William and Mary. Dr. Robertson specializes in:
