Mrs. Susanna Horner is a LCSW who earned her Master's degree from
Barry University in Miami Shores, FL and her undergraduate degree
from the University of South Carolina, Columbia.
Ms. Horner's holistic approach to treatment is customized
integrating the theories and models which are most appropriate for
working with her clients to increase their emotional well-being.
She strives to help her clients recapture their sense of hope and
collaborates with them to set goals towards making tangible positive
changes in their lives. Ms. Horner specializes in:

Ms. Horner's clinical experience includes group facilitation,
individual counseling and family counseling in both inpatient and
out patient settings. She has worked extensively with clients who
are terminally ill as well as their survivors with grief counseling.
The settings where Ms. Horner has been employed include several
Hospice organizations in VA and FL, psychiatric hospitals and acute
care medical facilities.
